Bike Traffic School

The University Police Department and TAPS offer a diversion class for bicyclists who receive citations for moving and equipment violations. Those eligible for the class receive a reduced fine in return for completing the 90-minute class. This "bicycle traffic violator school" is currently suspended as it is undergoing updating and reorganization. Pending approval by the Yolo County Court Superior Court, the classes will resume.
