Welcome to the Online Citation Payment System
This website is intended to allow individuals to pay parking citations via Visa or MasterCard. Other methods of payment are accepted by mail or by visiting the TAPS office and/or Cashier's Office. Citations must be paid or appealed within 21 days of issuance to avoid a doubling of the fine. Once a citation is paid, it may not be appealed.
To use this online system, you must know either your license plate number or the citation number. If you require assistance, please contact the citation clerk at 530 752-7015 or taps-appeals@ucdavis.edu.
In accordance with California State law (CVC section 22651(i) and 22651.7), any vehicle with 5 or more unpaid delinquent parking citations is subject to immobilization and/or impoundment after 21 days. If your vehicle has been immobilized and/or impounded, please contact TAPS at (530) 752-7015 (Mon-Fri, 7am-5pm) to pay any applicable boot fees and/or DMV fees and to have the vehicle released.
Please be advised although we forward payment information to DMV on a weekly basis, it may take up to six weeks before the payment is updated in the DMV database.
