New Vanpool Forming: Solano County
Beginning June 1, 2009
In coordination with TAPS, two new vanpools are underway for UC Davis/City of Davis commuters.
One vanpool will be originating in Fairfield and is for those working M-F, 8-5. A stop in Vacaville may be possible.
The meeting location is to be determined, but proposed locations are Safeway by Waterman or K-Mart on North Texas @ Atlantic, and Solano Mall.
The coordinator of this vanpool would ideally like to get a 12-passenger luxury van, where each person has their own captain's chair.
A second proposed vanpool will be leaving from Vacaville and is for those working M-F, 7-4/6:30-3:30.
The meeting location is to be determined, but proposed places are Davis Street Park & Ride or Elmira & Peabody Road.
